OUR TEAM
Starts with You!
Since 1984, we’ve helped clients create and transform places where people live, work, and gather. Our experience includes hundreds of home renovations and additions, new homes, commercial spaces, community facilities, and supportive housing projects.
We bring that experience to your project, beginning with understanding you … your needs, your ideas, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we explore possibilities, solve problems, and develop thoughtful designs that improve the way you live.
This personal, collaborative approach is the foundation of our Supportive Architecture™ philosophy.

Designing for People and Possibilities
Kyle graduated from Kansas State University and has devoted more than four decades to exploring how architecture can improve people's lives. Early in his career, his work with Princeton Energy Group/Harrison Fraker Architects helped pioneer sustainable design and construction practices that contributed to today's green building standards.
His commitment to serving others also led him to design homes for people with special needs. In 1996, he became the first architect to receive the Equality, Dignity and Independence Award from Easter Seals and the American Institute of Architects for his design of two prototype group homes.
Throughout his career, Kyle has come to believe that architecture carries a responsibility beyond the design of buildings. He sees every design challenge as an opportunity to listen, understand people's needs, encourage their aspirations, and discover possibilities that can make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Today, he brings that same sense of purpose, curiosity, and personal commitment to every project. For Kyle, Supportive Architecture™ is more than a design philosophy. It reflects his belief that the abilities and experience he has been given are best used in service to others.

She approaches every challenge with the understanding that even the smallest decisions can make a meaningful difference in someone's life.
For Pat, Supportive Architecture™ reflects a personal commitment to using her talents with care, integrity, and purpose—creating thoughtful solutions while honoring the trust others place in her.
Small by Choice
We intentionally limit the number of projects we take on each year because we believe the people we serve deserve our time, attention, and personal commitment.
You’ll benefit from both of our experiences, ideas, and perspectives as we work together to explore possibilities, solve problems, and make thoughtful design decisions.
This approach allows us to remain personally involved, respond to your concerns, and guide you through important decisions from beginning to end.
