BASIC MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES
Members recieve 4 hours of review, assessment & feedback of your organizations facility improvement plans & budget for the year. Set priorities to your spending and avoid non-essential projects.
Members receive 16 hours of valuable direct review and guidance in person, on zoom, or by phone, for any project at any stage of planning or building. This includes review of budget,fund raising, design, detail review, and construction matters. We work with the design and construction team of your choice.
Members recieve one free annual site visit and walk through of your choice.This can be used for a pre purchase, existing faculity, or new land aquisition preliminary assessment and review.
Members discover new ideas from national and international sources regarding issues, resources, techniques, and methods of facility design, construction and maintenance on a bi-annual basis.
Members receive 10% to 40% discounts on seminars, prodiucts, and other non-architectural services offered by PLAN-WISE. In addition you will receive additional 5% off any architectural service as well as 25% off our proprietary 5 point facility assessment which includes safety, accessibility, energy, structure, and maintenance.
